These crispy chips are the perfect weekend snack and a great way to use up tortillas.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 soft tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon smoked salt flakes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the tortillas into triangles and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray, or two if needed.
  3. Drizzle over the oil and gently rub onto the triangles.
  4. Sprinkle over the chilli flakes and smoked salt, then bake for 5–6 minutes until the edges are golden and crisp.
