Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
martini extra dry
vodka
1 long red chilli

Method

  1. Mix two parts of Martini Extra Dry and one part of chilli vodka, pour into a Martini glass and garnish with an olive. To make the chilli vodka, simply immerse a long red chilli in a bottle of vodka and leave for at least 2 weeks. The strength will intensify with time, so beware! Chilli vodka makes a mean Bloody Mary too.
