Breakfast is such an important meal. It fuels us, curbs our hunger and controls our kilojoule (calorie) intake for the remainder of the day. When someone tells me they aren’t a breakfast person, I’m sceptical. Why wouldn’t you want to start your day out right? I know that time issues come into play a lot. ‘I don’t have time to make breakfast’ is said way too often. All the recipes in this section are so quick and easy that there’s no excuse not to get in the kitchen and begin your day the best way possible! Breakfast should be a celebration. It should be enjoyed and it should be consumed with a smile and with company when possible. A good breakfast = a good mood, and in my books, that normally leads to a great day!
