Oh man, my family (and friends who have tried them) LOVE these. These are not only super simple to make, they’re flavour-packed, protein-packed and antioxidant-packed! The combination of different berries is killer and the protein powder makes the consistency fudgy and awesome. If you want, you can substitute goji berries for one of the types of berry in this recipe. I like to leave these in the fridge for a snack to have either before or after a workout. Or, for when I want something sweet, but don’t want to feel gross afterwards.
