Kate Bradley's Story
Australian-born, 23-year-old Kate Bradley first gave up refined sugar, gluten and all processed foods in late 2012, which completely revolutionised her health and wellbeing, not to mention her cooking style.
Kate started the Kenko Kitchen website to share her passion for simple, tasty and healthy whole foods with the rest of the world and to inspire other young cooks.
Since then Kate has been dedicated to making plant-based eating easy, delicious and achievable in people’s everyday, busy lives by holding cooking classes in Melbourne and being a regular contributor to various nationwide magazines.
With the hope of one day opening up her own cooking school and health and wellness hub, Kate's first book, Kenko Kitchen, is the first step in her whole-foods revolution.
