Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200ml grapeseed oil
50g fresh black truffle

Method

  1. Put the oil in a saucepan and shave in the truffle. Heat gently until warm then remove the pan from the heat. Cover and leave to infuse for 5 days before use. The oil will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
