Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g unsalted cultured butter
5g black truffle, diced, truffle paste will work fine for this
sea salt

Method

  1. Take the butter out of the fridge and allow to come to room temperature. Add the truffle and season with salt. Store rolled in plastic wrap or wrapped in baking paper in the refrigerator.
