150g grated parmigiano reggiano

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a tray with baking paper. Place four mounds of grated parmesan on the paper and spread them out to about the size of the bottom of a drink can. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is starting to crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool until you can peel them from the paper. As they cool they will crisp up.
