This cocktail is best served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 leaves italian basil
3 wedges lime
6 mint leaves
10ml dry vermouth
50ml basil-infused cinzano bianco
splash lemon and ginger tea
splash ginger beer

Method

  1. Muddle basil and lime. Add mint, alcohol and ice, then shake. Pour into a highball glass. Top with lemon and ginger tea (cold) and ginger beer.
