Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30ml vodka
20ml pear liqueur
10ml crème de cacao
3 chocolate-coated coffee beans, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except for garnish then double-strain through a tea strainer into chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 chocolate-coated coffee beans.
