Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 mint leaves
6 cubes diced canned beetroot
50ml white rum
30ml lime juice
15ml vanilla-infused sugar syrup
5ml licor 43
splash soda water
mint sprig, to garnish

Method

  1. Rub mint leaves around rim of highball glass then drop them in. Muddle with beetroot.
  2. Add all remaining liquids, except for soda water, then fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Stir well then top up with soda water. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig.
