Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons fresh pomegranate seeds
5 mint leaves
45ml rose- and cucumber infused gin
15ml rose liqueur
20ml lemon juice
1/2 egg white
2 rose leaves and 1 mint leaf, to garnish

Method

  1. Muddle the pomegranate seeds to release the juice. Clap the mint to release flavour (don’t muddle it) and add with all the remaining ingredients except for garnish.
  2. Shake with ice until the egg white foams. Double-strain into martini glass. Garnish with rose leaves on the rim and oat the mint leaf.
