Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 bunch broccolini
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
lemon wedges

Method

  1. Cook the broccolini in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for around 30 seconds. Add the almonds and broccolini to the pan and toss in the oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir over the heat for another minute. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
