Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lemon, zested
100g crème fraîche
sprigs dill

Method

  1. Place a piece of salmon on each parmesan crisp. Mix the lemon zest into the crème fraîche and carefully place 1/2 teaspoon dollops on top of the salmon. Garnish with dill and serve straight away.
