Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2-3 large slices rare roast beef
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Cut each slice of beef into pieces around the same size as the parmesan xrisps. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise and yoghurt in a small bowl. Place a piece of beef on each crisp, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with a dollop of the mustard mayo.
