Strawberries in balsamic with Greek yoghurt

This has been a staple dessert in our house since the 1980s and I still love this way of serving strawberries.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g strawberries, hulled
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Place the strawberries in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the vinegar and mix gently. Divide between 4 dessert bowls and serve each with a dollop of yoghurt.
