Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
50ml white wine vinegar
90g fourme d’ambert cheese or other mild blue cheese
40g gorgonzola cheese
65ml buttermilk
50ml sour cream
50g mayonnaise
dash worcestershire sauce
dash tabasco sauce

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small food processor and blitz until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
