This is a really fun, freaky looking snack. To enjoy, airdry your fresh picked cobs for 2–3 weeks by hanging them in a dry, cool area with good airflow (if you’re patient) or oven-dry them on a low temperature for around 6 hours. Once your kernels are ready, slather the whole cob in butter and heat it in a covered pan until the popping spectacle is complete.
