For this summery cocktail try to use a gin with crisp citrus undertones, such as Tanqueray No. Ten.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45-60ml tanqueray no. ten
5-8 mint leaves
2-3 drops orange-blossom water
ice cubes, to serve
tangerine juice, to taste
1 sprig mint

Method

  1. Put the gin, mint leaves and orange-blossom water into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and stir well. Pour on tangerine juice to taste and garnish with a sprig of mint.
