Method

  1. Mix 250 g washed and finely sliced haloumi, 150 g finely sliced mozzarella, 18 pitted and halved kalamata olives, 1 seeded and chopped green banana pepper and 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil in a large bowl, then season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top the pide pies with this mixture, then top the open surface of each pide with 120 g sliced sujuk and bake.
