Tahini whipped with yoghurt

This is makes a light creamy dressing, combining the nuttiness of tahini with the tang of lemon juice and yoghurt. It is delicious with falafel and fish.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g yoghurt
3 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, crushed with 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
