Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

Method

  1. Process the tahini, 3⁄4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender to make a creamy sauce.
  2. With the motor still running, add the garlic, salt and parsley.
  3. Pour the tahina into a serving dish and serve.
