Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 witlof
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons canola oil

Method

  1. Chop all the witlof and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drain the witlof well, place in a serving bowl, then pour the dressing over and serve.
