Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon plain flour
Sauerkraut soup, leftover sauerkraut only

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden.
  2. Stir in the flour and cook for a few minutes to remove the raw flavour.
  3. Stir in the sauerkraut and cook until heated through.
