Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g unsalted butter, softened
400g icing sugar, sifted

Method

  1. In an electric mixer, beat the butter until really pale and fluffy. Add your flavour and the icing sugar and beat for at least 5 minutes, until light and creamy.
