Peanut butter, banana and pumpkin smoothie

This is the silkiest, smoothest drink you will ever taste. Perfect for keeping in the fridge so you can go back for more throughout the day.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g pumpkin, peeled, chopped, roasted and cooled
225ml vanilla yoghurt
8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
70ml fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon soft light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ripe banana, peeled

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz for at least 30 seconds until perfectly smooth. Check the consistency; if needed, pulse it a bit more. Pour into your favourite glass and sip away. The smoothie can stay in the fridge for up to 3 days.
