With a jar of chia pudding ready in the fridge, you have a number of delicious options when energy levels are running low and you are in need of a quick treat.
A bowl of chia pudding with any fresh seasonal fruit, a drop of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, a dollop of nut butter and a splash of milk is always a good option. Or try serving it in a jar with a creamy raspberry mousse on top. Another equally quick but a tad more indulgent option is to layer it with quick-stewed seasonal fruit, nuts, seeds and yoghurt in a glass as a weeknight dessert.
We prefer our chia pudding creamy but not too thick, and have found this ratio to be perfect. It can also be nice to add lime or lemon zest for a bit of tanginess.
