This is super-refreshing, filling and packed with the anti-inflammatory enzyme bromelain.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 large pineapple, peeled, eyes removed
400g canned coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a thick, luscious smoothie.
