Green smoothies often put people off because of their colour and the fact that they contain so much vegetation. With the addition of fruit and a vanilla protein powder, the ‘green flavour’ just vanishes. What better way to get more greens into your diet?

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250ml apple juice
1 ripe banana, broken into small pieces
4 handfuls baby spinach
1 heaped scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth drink.
