Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
100ml olive oil
1 teaspoon maldon sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 100ºC.
  2. Slice the tomatoes in half horizontally and place in a roasting dish with all of the other ingredients.
  3. Cook in the oven for 2 hours, turning once after an hour.
