Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g salted cashew nuts
4 tablespoons Adobo
4 tablespoons water
1 lime, juiced

Method

  1. Roast the cashews in a dry pan until aromatic, for about 2 minutes.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until you have a rough salsa with the consistency of wholegrain mustard. You’re looking for a smoky and spicy flavour. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
