Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml shoyu
60ml rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar, (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
a few drops chilli oil, or to taste

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar, if using. Serve with gyoza.
