Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the onion in a bowl and stir through the chilli powder and salt until well combined. Serve as an accompaniment to a meal of rice and curries, or with lamb kebabs and parathas.
