This sauce is best served with fried prawns, dim sum or hot or cold appetisers.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons chinese chilli sauce
125ml soy sauce

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the chilli sauce and soy sauce. The sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator indefinitely.
