Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
500g snake beans, trimmed and cut into 5 cm lengths
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large heavy-based frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until the beans are tender but still crunchy. Stir in the sesame oil and salt and serve immediately.
