Malasadas are a delicious Portuguese doughnut, made famous by Leonard’s Bakery, in Honolulu. The following recipe was originally created for the Kerb third birthday celebration along with our friend, Tom Browne, who runs the New-Orleans inspired Decatur, in East London. We have featured two insanely tasty fillings to go with the Masaladas plus a highly addictive sour Li Hing sugar coating.
