This is our homage to the popular Hawaiian snack. It is salty, sweet, crunchy and highly addictive!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
150g prepared plain popcorn
2 tablespoons skinless peanuts, roasted and roughly chopped
50g dried papaya or pineapple, finely diced
1 teaspoon nigella seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon Nori furikake
1 teaspoon togarashi powder

Method

  1. Mix together the melted butter and soy sauce and drizzle over the popcorn. Toss in all the remaining ingredients, transfer to a large sharing bowl and sprinkle over extra shredded nori to serve.
