Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
250ml water
250g sugar

Method

  1. Bring the kiwi fruit and water to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes until the water is very green. Strain while hot through a sieve and then through a coffee filter. Add the sugar and whisk or blend to dissolve. Keeps in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
