Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15ml cognac
15ml dark rum
15ml creme de noyaux, (or amaretto)
15ml apricot brandy
15ml fresh lemon juice
a twist lemon peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into a shaker, add plenty of cubed ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled glass and add the garnish.

Note

  • Tastes strong and aromatic.

Note

  • This is best served in a champagne coupe glass.
