Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml cognac
30ml unsweetened chestnut puree
30ml see method for ingredients
30ml pouring cream
1 teaspoon creme de noyaux, (or amaretto)
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into a shaker, add plenty of cubed ice and shake hard until the shaker is very frosty. Fine-strain into a chilled glass and sprinkle the nutmeg on top.

  • Tastes sweet and creamy.

  • This is best served in a cocktail glass.
