Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml cognac
15ml curacao, (or triple sec)
1 teaspoon Sugar syrup
60ml milk
1 egg yolk
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into a shaker, add plenty of cubed ice and shake until the shaker is very frosty. Strain into a chilled glass and sprinkle a little nutmeg over the top of the drink.

Note

  • Tastes sweet, creamy and a little aromatic.

Note

  • This is best served in a cocktail glass.
