Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30ml white rum
30ml kina l’aero d’or, (or Cocchi Americano)
30ml creme de pamplemousse rose
30ml fresh lime juice
a twist lime peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into a mixing glass, add plenty of cubed ice and stir gently until the drink is very cold. Strain into a chilled glass and add the garnish.

Note

  • Tastes sweet, sour, a little strong and bitter.

Note

  • This is best served in a cocktail glass.
