This is a very popular shot in Poland. They call it a Mad Dog but we figure Polish Bitch makes a bigger impact. (Maryśka, the former bar manager, is convinced that it’s named after her!)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5ml sour cherry syrup
clear vodka
tabasco sauce

Method

  1. In a shot glass, pour 5 ml sour cherry syrup — in Poland it’s often made with other syrups like Grenadine, though morello cherry syrup is very Polish and very nice. Layer clear vodka over the top by pouring down the edge of the glass, then add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
