For the luncher that prefers their meals on the slightly sweeter side. You can use whichever nut butter you have available.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 slices bread of choice
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 large banana, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut chips, toasted
honey, drizzle

Method

  1. To pack, fill a large lunch box with bread wrapped in cling film, a small container filled with almond butter, the banana, cinnamon and coconut chips sealed in separate small bags, and a small container of honey.
  2. To assemble, spread the almond butter over the bread, top with the banana, then sprinkle over the cinnamon, coconut chips and drizzle on the honey.
