There’s no imitating this sweet treat. Will the real slim cakey please pop up?

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Amaze balls
200g red candy melts
small, microwave-safe plastic bowl
toothpicks
rejuvenator spirit
paintbrushes
palette
black blossom tint
pink blossom tint
white blossom tint
yellow blossom tint
silver lustre dust
12 silver balls
edible glue
polystyrene block

Method

  1. Make 6 boy body pops and set aside to dry.
  2. Prepare the red candy melts in the plastic bowl according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Dip Slim’s head into the red candy melts to create his beanie. Use a toothpick to add some texture around the bottom. Repeat for the remaining pops and set aside to dry.
  4. Mix a small amount of black blossom tint with a few drops of rejuvenator spirit and with a fine brush, paint on eyes to all six pops. Do the same with the pink blossom tint and add his mouth.
  5. For Slim’s vest, mix a small about of white blossom tint as above and paint it on with a medium-sized brush. Repeat for the remaining pops and set aside to dry.
  6. With a €fine brush, mix a small amount of yellow blossom tint and paint on his bleached hair to each pop. Mix some silver lustre dust in the same way to paint on his chain.
  7. Add some bling by sticking on Slim’s earrings. Dab a small amount of edible glue onto 2 silver balls and press them into place with a toothpick. Repeat for the remaining pops and set aside to dry completely in a polystyrene block.
