A larger buffet requires a bit of planning. In this case, the walnut nibbles, breadsticks, Nobis dressing and tiramisu can all be prepared the day before. The chocolate cake can be baked up to a week beforehand and frozen, and then thawed and glazed the day before serving. The almond biscotti can be baked 3-4 days in advance and stored in an airtight container.

Tiramisu
Chocolate cake with walnuts
Panna cotta with berries
a large platter with seasonal fruits
almond biscotti
