Sprinkle a pinch of this sesame salt over a potato and leek soup, or perhaps on an avocado sandwich.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Toast 100 g white sesame seeds in batches in a dry frying pan (don’t overfill the pan). Leave to cool, then grind with 3-4 teaspoons of sea salt in an electric spice grinder, or use a mortar and pestle. Store the sesame salt in an airtight jar.
