These nibbles are truly tasty and absolutely effortless – and always a hit at parties.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Finely chop perfectly fresh walnuts. Remove the rind of a tasty soft goat’s cheese or, if using chèvre covered in a thin layer of ash, you can use the entire cheese.
  2. Roll the cheese into grape-sized balls. Pour the chopped walnuts onto a plate and then roll the cheese balls in the nuts until they are coated all over.
