Ingredients

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons mild rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 1 tablespoon caster sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 4 tablespoons water. Add 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
  2. This is a perfect dressing for avocado, Asian noodle salads, over fine (julienne) strips of carrot, or for crispy green leaves topped with diced cucumber and red capsicum (pepper).
