Method

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons grated lemon zest, ½ teaspoon honey, a little sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Lastly, add 3-4 tablespoons good olive oil. This dressing is fabulous on thinly sliced fennel with shaved parmesan cheese, or for a salad with salmon or seafood.
